What is coaching?
- Coaching is a practice of providing positive support and non judgmental feedback to help you to recognise ways in which you can improve all areas of your life.
- Coaching helps you to focus on change and the future. You will learn to develop strategies and action plans that will assist you to successfully achieve your goals.
- Through discussion and reflection you will effectively learn to modify and adjust your goals to better suit your life. Effectively you are responsible for your own achievement and success but as your coach I am here to encourage, support and facilitate you through the process.
- You will learn recession survival skills to help you through this frustrating time.
- Discover that you can take control of your emotions and your life and achieve greater personal awareness.
- You do not have to feel that you have nowhere to turn .As your coach I will to help you to make the adjustments required to feel motivated and inspired to succeed.
